Investigating the Effects of Anti-inflammatory Cytokines on Protein Phenotypes of Lymphocytes

Investigated the effects of anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-4, IL-10, and TGF-β) on protein-expression phenotypes of lymphocytes. Analyzed flow cytometry data using FlowJo to evaluate changes in CD40 and MHC-II expression following cytokine treatment. Interpreted experimental results and presented findings through a scientific research poster at the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus.
